Ashfaq Munshi - Founder and CEO
Ashfaq Munshi is the founder and CEO of Terabitz. Prior to that, Ash was CEO of Level5 Networks. He brings a unique mix of 20 years of entrepreneurship, engineering, marketing, and management experience to his new company. Ashfaq has founded four other Silicon Valley companies: Radiance, Vivecon, SpecialtyMD (acquired by Ventro), and Commerce Engine (became Ariba). Earlier in his career, he served as a corporate vice president at Applied Materials, where he was responsible for software and automation. Prior to Applied Materials, Ashfaq was vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Business Unit at SGI. He began his executive career at Oracle Corporation where he was director of development and marketing. Ashfaq currently serves on the board of MSC Software Corporation, a publicly-traded company (Nasdaq: MSCS) and is a member of the audit committee and chairperson of the Compensation Committee. He also serves as an advisor to Transitive Corporation and is on the Dean's Leadership Council for the Division of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. Ashfaq holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Harvard, has completed graduate work in computer science at Brown and the University of California, Santa Cruz and is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Gregg Henebry - Director of Sales
Gregg is the Director of Sales for Terabitz and is responsible for driving Terabitz's growth in the marketplace. For the 12 plus years prior to Terabitz, Gregg has held Sales and Management roles within the technology community with organizations such as Nortel Networks, NaviSite, EMC, and NetTeks Technology Consultants (now part of INX). Gregg is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from the Mendoza College of Business.
Kamran Munshi - Founder and CTO
Terabitz is the brainchild of Kamran Munshi, a co-founder and the driving force behind the company’s technology. Kamran initially came up with the concept of Terabitz at the age of 15 after using, and realizing the major shortcomings, of the then-available online real estate offerings in the market. Kamran is the lead technical innovator for the company, working part-time both in the United States and in India. After becoming a semi-finalist in the Intel Science Talent Search and graduating from Henry M. Gunn High School in Palo Alto, CA at 17, Kamran, now 19, has completed his second year at Cornell University. He intends to major in Computer Science and minor in Operations Research Engineering.
