Terabitz is based in Palo Alto, CA. The Company was founded in 2006 by father and son, Ashfaq and Kamran Munshi, when Kamran began reading about and experimenting with the various real estate sites in existence at that time. Kamran observed that these sites provided point solutions in an otherwise complex process and felt that the technology existed to integrate them together into a cohesive whole. Hence Terabitz was born.

"Tera" is a play on "Terra", which means "Earth". "Tera" is also the numerical term that comes after "Giga". "Bitz" is what we call our play on "bits" of information. Therefore, Terabitz is lots of information about real estate!

Finally you will notice that the "I" in Terabitz is a different color. The reason for this is to emphasize the personalized nature of the information that you can collect. We want you to think of Terabitz as "your real estate, your way".
